CompComp uses both cookies and other browser storage (localStorage). Where this page says "cookies", it covers both. Everything below is first-party: it is set by CompComp on this domain, not by an advertising network.

Analytics
The cookie dialog includes an optional Analytics category. CompComp does not currently load any analytics or product-measurement provider, so accepting it enables nothing today. The category exists so that no optional measurement can ever start without your prior consent; if we add a provider later, it will be listed here and covered by a new consent version.
Advertising
CompComp sets no advertising cookies and shares no browsing data with ad networks.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Rejecting optional cookies never affects sign-in, analyses, the Matrix or any other core functionality.
Responsible entity
The legal entity and contact address for CompComp have not been published yet. They will be added here before general availability; nothing is stated until it is confirmed.
